Do you offer free consultations? Yes. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. There's no obligation — just a conversation to see if we're the right fit.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks before your ideal start date. For larger productions or time-sensitive projects, the earlier the better.

What services does Fighting Kiwi offer? We offer Film Production, Photography, Creative Direction, and Media Production — all designed to help businesses and creatives show up with confidence and quality.

Can I hire you for just one service, or do I need a full package? Absolutely — you can book any individual service based on what you need. We're flexible and happy to tailor our work to your specific goals.

What does the creative process look like? Every project starts with a discovery conversation, followed by a creative brief and project agreement. From there we move into pre-production planning, the shoot or production phase, editing and revisions, and finally delivery of your finished content.

Do you travel for projects outside of Kamloops? Yes, we are available for projects beyond Kamloops. Travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost? Every project is unique, so pricing is determined based on the scope, timeline, and deliverables involved. Contact us for a custom quote — we work with a range of budgets and will always be upfront about costs.

Do you require a deposit? Deposit requirements vary by project and will be outlined clearly in your project agreement before any work begins.

Deliverables & Revisions

How long does it take to receive my final content? Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project and will be agreed upon before work begins. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.

How many revisions are included? The number of revisions included is outlined in your project agreement. We want you to love the final product and will work with you to get it right.

What format will my files be delivered in? Final files are delivered in professional, industry-standard formats suited to your intended use — whether that's web, social media, print, or broadcast. Just let us know your needs and we'll make sure everything is ready to go.

Rights & Usage

Who owns the content after the project is complete? Once final payment is received, you are licensed to use the delivered content for its intended purpose. Fighting Kiwi retains ownership of raw files and original project assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Will Fighting Kiwi share my content on social media or use it in their portfolio? We may feature completed work in our portfolio and on social media to showcase our services. If you'd prefer your project remain private, just let us know and we'll respect that request.
